From Control to Connected Agility

We can’t control a great deal of what happens “out there,” but we can control how we take it and work with it – especially when we work with the energy patterns and the body-mind as one. To move from fruitless control to connected agility, we have to (1) accept what we can and can’t control, (2) connect with the present situation as it is, and (3) respond with agility.  Even the first step requires us to release tension that was associated with our frustrated effort to control in the first place. This exercise will help you do that and open the gate to all three steps.
